Using Esmii

Esmii is operated by POLYTECH I T SOLUTIONS L.L.C, a limited liability company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licence number 1571173. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. These terms apply when you create an account or use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Your account and workspace

Keep access to your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise and must tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Workspace owners manage membership and permissions. Share information only with people entitled to receive it; other authorised members may view or change shared work according to their permissions.

Your content

You retain your rights in names, notes and other content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and support Esmii and follow your instructions. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. We do not use customer content for advertising, marketing or AI training.

Naming and domain information

Esmii helps teams organise and evaluate name ideas. Domain results can be incomplete, delayed or change after a check. An available result is not a reservation, purchase offer or guarantee that a domain can be registered. Esmii does not provide trademark clearance or legal advice. Check domain registration, trademarks and other relevant rights independently before relying on a name. Team responses and checks are inputs to your decision, not an endorsement by us.

Acceptable use

Do not use Esmii for unlawful content, fraud, infringement, harassment or abuse. Do not access another account or workspace without permission, bypass access controls, distribute malicious code or deliberately disrupt the service. Do not submit payment-card details, government identity documents or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for collaborative naming. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal obligations or a security risk.

Price and changes

Esmii is free at launch. Paid features or plans may be introduced later. We will explain any charges and obtain agreement before charging you; creating a free account does not authorise a future payment. We may change or discontinue features. Where practicable, we will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting stored work and an opportunity to export it.

Leaving and deletion

You can request account deletion in Security & data when available, or by contacting support@polytech.ae. Account access is restricted immediately, with a 30-day recovery period before permanent deletion. Shared workspace contributions may remain for other members; after permanent deletion, attribution is replaced with Deleted user. A shared workspace cannot be left without an owner. Deleting a private workspace requires separate confirmation. Necessary security records and restricted backup copies may remain under the Privacy Policy. Ending your account does not remove obligations or rights that arose before termination.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating Esmii, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, a particular business result or that a name or domain is suitable for your use. Maintain copies of important work. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses, lost profits and lost business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

Changes to these terms

We will identify the effective date of updated terms and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where required by law, we will obtain fresh agreement. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction except where mandatory law gives you the right to use another court or other protections. Contact support@polytech.ae about these terms or a complaint.
